April 2016 : I put off getting a partial for many years, because friends told me they were uncomfortable. I am so glad that Dr Kats, talked me into one. There is no discomfort, fit perfect and look great. Thanks to the staff, working with insurance, I still had to pay out of pocket not as much though. My experience at Tower Dental was GREAT!!! The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. My initial visit was to have my X-rays and plan my treatment. Everything was explained in detail as to what was going to take place so that put my mind at ease. Dr. Ann was great in reassuring me that I would be in good hands and I was. Years ago I was a chairside dental assistant, and I learned the little differences between a good dentist and a great one. Dr. Kats and his team are definitely top of the "great dentist" list. If anything comes up, they explain the situation clearly including the pros and cons of any resolution. Their work is always meticulous, and they keep up with all the innovations in dental medicine, tools, techniques and procedures, including knowing how to make each visit as comfortable as possible for the patient.
